Complete renovation of a swimming pool in the basement of a residential building. In 2023, the water treatment system was replaced and water disinfection with chlorine was converted to a bromine-ozone process combination. In 2024, the leaky liner pool was dismantled, the water surface was enlarged, and it was converted to vertical inflow with an overflow channel system. Replacement and energetic optimization of the ventilation system for the swimming pool. One of the special solutions is the automatic pool cover, which was installed in the suspended ceiling for reasons of space.
The challenges were the location in the 1st and 2nd basement, the fixed and limited time window for implementation, limited storage and construction space, and of course the premises themselves.
In close cooperation with the clients, a beautiful solution was realized on time.
